Maple Dijon Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
¾ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mild curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1.75 lb Aqua Star Skin-On Salmon Fillet (thawed)
Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Place salmon fillet skin side down on a non-stick baking sheet
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth
- Brush sauce over the salmon fillet covering completely
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork
