Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped parsley
- ¼ diced shallot
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp anchovy paste
- 2 Tbsp capers
- 6 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 lb Aqua Star Cooked Shrimp, peeled, tail-on, thawed according to package directions

Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except shrimp and blend until sauce has a creamy texture and light green color. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate mixture for a minimum of 15 minutes before serving.Using individual shot glasses or highball glasses, layer each glass with cooked shrimp, a dollop of herb sauce and top with another cooked shrimp. Serve and enjoy!
