- 1 lb Aqua Star Wild Mahi-Mahi boneless, skinless fillets, cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ avocado, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely minced

- ½ cup white onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
