Ingredients

  • 2 slices firm white sandwich bread torn into small pieces
  • 8 oz Aqua Star Crab Meat, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

To make

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except for butter in a large bowl. Mix gently but thoroughly, then form into 4 patties (about 3” in diameter). Heat butter in a 12” heavy skillet over medium heat until foam subsides, then cook crab cakes, turning once, until golden brown, about 6 minutes total.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce or a citrus vinaigrette.
Serve over a salad with citrus vinaigrette.
Make a sandwich with a bun, tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced red onion and avocado.
