Real Crab meets bacon. Our Pasteurized Crab Meat is so convenient and easy to use in a variety of recipes. We’ve mixed it with a hint of Old Bay seasoning for a true east coast taste and lemon for a bit of zest! These crab cups are flavorful, healthy and beautiful to look at.
8 romaine or butter lettuce leaves, cleaned & separated
4 slices bacon, fully cooked and crumbled
½ avocado, diced
8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
Drain crab meat of excess liquid.
In a medium size bowl mix together mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Fold crab meat into the mayonnaise mixture and set aside.
To build the lettuce cups, take 1 romaine or butter leaf and fill with the crab mix. Top with bacon, tomatoes, diced avocado and fresh cracked pepper.
Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
Serving Suggestions
Crab mixture can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Pack the veggies and bacon separately for delicious and nutritious lunches for the week.
Also tasty served on a bun or toast for those more finicky eaters.
Note: Kids may be more willing to try chilled crab. It does not have the same “crabby” smell of warm crab that some people find overpowering.
