Ingredients
Bloody Mary Mix:
- 2 cups V8 juice
- ½ cup clam juice
- 2 ½ tsp horseradish
- ½ tsp tabasco
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- Pinch ground celery seed
- Pinch salt
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup Vodka
Garnish:
- Aqua Star Cooked Shrimp, peeled, tail-on, thawed according to package directions
- Cornichons
- Cherry tomatoes
- Green olives
- Celery sticks
- Cocktail picks
- Course salt for rim
To make
Instructions
To Make Bloody Mary Mix:Add all the Bloody Mary ingredients (except Vodka) into a pitcher, stir and let chill in the refrigerator (for up to 4 hours). Add Vodka to pitcher just before serving.
To Serve:
Thread the cocktail picks with shrimp, cornichons, cherry tomato, and green olives.
To get a salted rim, cut a slice in the middle of a lemon or lime wedge and run it along the entire rim of the glass, then dip the rim into a plate of salt. Fill glasses with ice and pour Bloody Mary mix into each and garnish with cocktail skewers and celery. Serve and enjoy!
