Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz bag Aqua Star 31/40 cooked, tail-off shrimp
  • 30 cherry tomatoes
  • 15 fresh baby mozzarella balls
  • 15 fresh basil leaves, additional for garnish
  • 15 medium size skewers
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste

To make

Instructions

Thaw and drain shrimp according to package directions. To make a single skewer: place a cherry tomato in the middle of one shrimp and thread through the skewer. Wrap a basil leave around one mozzarella ball and skewer on top of the shrimp. Thread another shrimp with a cherry tomato and slide it on the skewer next to the mozzarella ball. Repeat to make remaining skewers. Drizzle with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
