- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp finely minced fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp capers, drained
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Cajun-Style Ingredients List:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste

Remoulade Preparation Instructions:In a bowl combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, parsley, garlic, green onion, capers, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and chill thoroughly before serving.
Cajun-Style Dipping Sauce Preparation Instructions:
