Ingredients
- 2.5 lb. Aqua Star Chef’s Blend Crab Meat
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 2 cup spicy mayonnaise
- 6 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 2 lemons, zested
- 2 Tbsp green onion, diced
- 2 sheets nori, torn into pieces
- 1 Tbsp mint leaves, torn into pieces
- 1 Tbsp basil leaves, torn into pieces
- 1 Tbsp cilantro leaves, rough chopped
- 2 Tbsp tobiko
- 1 Tbsp bonito flake
To make
Instructions
Cook sushi rice per package instructions.Mix the crab meat, cream cheese, spicy mayonnaise, lemon zest, green onion, herbs, nori and tobiko.
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with the sushi rice and press some up the sides as well.
Spoon in the crab mixture.
Bake at 350℉ for 35—45 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with bonito flakes. Serve and enjoy!
