Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Aqua Star Chef’s Blend Crab Meat
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 lemons, zested
  • 4 stalks green onion, chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped and seeded

To make

Instructions

Mix the chef’s blend crab meat, half the Parmesan cheese and all remaining ingredients together.

Spoon into a baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350℉ until hot, serve with chips or grilled bread. Enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

Chef's Tip: Keep crab in vacuum pack and thaw overnight. Turn pack over and continue to refrigerate for several hours, turning occasionally. Juice from the real crab will coat the imitation crab, giving the entire product a real crab flavor.
