Ingredients
- 8 oz Ahi Tuna steak
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- ⅛ teaspoon of salt
- ⅛ teaspoon of pepper
- 1 lime, sliced into wedges
Jamaica Spiced Salsa:
- 1 cup yellow tomatoes, roughly chopped
- ½ cup of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 cup pineapple, roughly chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced
- 1 Fresno chili, finely diced
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/16 teaspoon ground cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Marinade the ahi tuna steaks in the lime juice, canola oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.Mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat a nonstick pan to medium high heat and sear ahi tuna steak for 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
Plate the seared tuna, top with salsa, and garnish with a squeeze of lime juice. Serve and enjoy!
