Ingredients
- 1 lb. Aqua Star Raw Shrimp, Peeled, Tail-On, thawed according to package directions
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 ½ Tbsp garam masala
- ½ Tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 16 oz tomato puree
- 16 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 cup fish stock
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 sourdough loaf of bread, hollowed out

Instructions
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat, add diced onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic, garam masala, cumin, and ginger and let bloom for 30 seconds. Add tomato puree, diced tomatoes, fish stock, fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.Add thawed shrimp to sauce and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the shrimp are fully cooked and sauce has thickened, finish with heavy cream.
Pour shrimp and sauce mixture into bread bowl. Serve and enjoy!
