Catfish Fillets

Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C). Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store thawed fish in the refrigerator and use within two days. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Keep raw fish separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw fish. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
