Cooking & preparation instructions
Thawing: Thaw overnight in bag in the refrigerator. Drain excess water before cooking.
Skillet:
- Preheat a non-stick skillet, 1 - 2 Tbsp of olive oil or butter and crushed fresh garlic over MEDIUM-HIGH heat
- Add seafood to skillet and sauté for 6 - 7 minutes while stirring; drain excess liquid after cooking
- Season to taste with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper; serve with chopped parsley, oregano, fresh lemon juice, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Safe Handling
Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
