Deep Fry: Cook from Frozen – Preferred Method
• Preheat fryer to 350°F (180°C)
• Fill fryer basket not more than half full
• Shake basket to prevent fish from adhering
• Fry for 2 – 3 minutes for 1-2 oz fillets and 3 ½ - 5 minutes for 2-3 oz fillets

Convection Oven:
• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
• Place fish on a parchment lined baking sheet
• Bake in center of oven for 10 – 12 minutes for 1 - 2 oz fillets and 14 - 16 minutes for 2-3 oz fillets, or until product is crisp

Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
