Sauté: Cook from Frozen
• Heat 1 – 2 Tbsp of olive oil or butter over MEDIUM-HIGH heat
• Add scallops and sauté for 5 – 7 minutes, depending on size, turning once; season to taste further if needed

Safe Handling
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed product. Once thawed, store in refrigerator and use within 2 days.
