Grill: Preferred Method
- Preheat grill to MEDIUM and place burgers on oiled grate
- Grill for 12 – 15 minutes, turning over twice during cooking time
Skillet:
- Preheat 1 Tbsp of oil in skillet over MEDIUM heat
- Sauté burgers for 12 – 15 minutes, turning over twice during cooking time

Safe Handling
Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
