King Crab can be served warm or chilled, with melted butter or cocktail sauce to complement its fresh sweet flavor.

Thawing Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator for 6—8 hours.

Serve Warm: This is a fully cooked product; heating instructions apply for those who enjoy their crab served warm. Do not over heat.

Steam: Fill bottom of a large pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Place thawed crab in steam basket and steam over boiling water for about 4—6 minutes. If frozen, steam for 6—8 minutes.

Safe Handling

Do not refreeze thawed crab. Store thawed crab in the refrigerator and use within two days.
